Return & Refund Policy

  • If you get a product that’s damaged or not what you ordered, please call our helpline number at +91 8090987385. When you call, please have your order details ready.
  • You can return or exchange an unstitched product like a saree or dupatta within 24 hours of receiving it, but you can’t return or exchange cut fabric. The product must be in its original condition with tags, original packaging, and bills. 
  • We’ll only accept returns or exchanges if there’s a manufacturing defect or we delivered the wrong item.
  • We’ll give you a full refund (minus bank charges) within 10 days of receiving the item.
  • If you don’t like the product, we’ll deduct 5% of the final order value as cancellation fees. Customized products like fall and pico can’t be returned because they’re made exactly to your specifications.
  • International orders aren’t eligible for return or exchange, but we’ll help you if there’s a defect in the product from our end.
  • You can cancel your order before it’s shipped for a full refund (minus bank charges), but we can’t cancel it if it’s already shipped or customized for you.
